What Security Roles are configurable in Flow?

Security in Flow can be enabled on two levels:

1. Security to restrict functions in the Configuration environment (i.e. in the Flow Config tool).
2. Security to secure the Information Model (Forms, Reports and Dashboards).

Security in the Flow Config Tool

These permissions are controlled using user groups.  The logged on user and their security level is indicated in the bottom right of the Flow Config Tool.

Currently, only two security models apply to the configuration environment:

1. Administrator – Indicated by the "shield" icon next to the user details.
2. Everyone – Any user not linked to the Administrator group falls into this category.

The following table describes the restrictions applied to a non-administrator user.
