Installer

  • Resolved issue where installer ignored existing Flow installation path when performing an update

Flow Config

  • Resolved minor bugs
  • Provided fault indicators on incorrectly defined Messages

Flow Server

  • Times Series bar chart displays values in color when their limit has been exceeded
  • Time Based forms display limit exceeded indicator when data is entered or modified
  • Calculation expression is displayed on form measure's details

Version 4.0.0 is a major update which includes the following functionality:

Projected Measure Processing

  • This allows any measure type to be processed into the future
  • Use this functionality to retrieve production plans and targets for future dated periods
  • Use this functionality to calculate "projected" values into the future based on current or past data

Web-based Forms

  • The data entry and validation Forms client is now built into the Flow Server (sign in to get access to forms)
  • You can define data entry forms for both Time-based and Event-based data
  • Use an Event-based Form to manually insert new events or edit event attributes

Messaging System

  • The new Flow Messaging System allows you to share Flow information with external messaging platforms
  • The Messaging System will initially support SMTP Email, SMS (via Twilio or BulkSMS webservices) and Flow Mobile (Beta)
  • Define Message Channels to include security access rights and subscription lists
  • Define Messages to schedule or trigger the sending of information via one or more delivery platforms (i.e. email, SMS, etc.)
  • Include screenshots of Reports or Dashboards in your messages
