Why should I use Flow?

Are you tired of waiting for slow reports?

Are you tired of compiling data from "everywhere" to build reports?

Are you tired of waiting for changes to be made to the reports you use?

Are you tired of waiting for new reports to be created for you?

Would you like a system that consolidates data from multiple sources automatically?

Would you like a system that can perform powerful calculations, similar to what you would do in Excel?

Would you like a system that allows for data validation?

Would you like a system that allows for data to be entered or edited manually, with a full audit trail?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then Flow may be what you're looking for.  Flow is a better way to:

Collect

  • Flow automatically collects information from multiple data sources and organises it for you
  • Manually entered data can also be inserted into the Flow System
  • The Flow System is an open MSSQL database, not a "block box"

Calculate

  • Information in Flow can be Aggregated from smaller time periods (i.e. hours) to bigger time periods (i.e. days / weeks / months)
  • Information in Flow can be used in Calculations to create new information (i.e. KPIs, ratios, efficiencies, etc.)

Visualize

  • Flow is a single repository for all your collected and calculated data, making it a perfect source for Reporting and Dashboarding
  • The Flow Report Server provides a crisp report and dashboard visualization layer that is simple to customize and configure
  • Information in the Flow data store can also be integrated into other applications (e.g. MES Systems, ERP Systems, Workflow Systems, etc.)
